San Francisco’s City Hall is in a peculiar position. Its large dome and overall american renaissance style make it grand. It is a sight. Everyone and their dog comes to visit it from all over the world. San Franciscans get married in it and celebrate their special day in front. Around the corner however, folks endure their very ordinary days, shooting up heroin. Way less grand.
